The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III HD Cover for R Pod Trailer - Up to 20' Long # CA80200 you were looking at is actually a great solution for wet weather climates and is a great fit since your R-Pod 176 is right under 20 feet long. The PolyPro fabric on this cover will pull the moisture away from the body of the trailer and prevent dampness that can damage the trailer over time.
You could also use the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 20' Long - Gray # 290-52240,... view full answer...
The Thule HideAway Awning - Direct Mount - Waterproof - 80 sq ft # TH490011 will mount directly to the side of your 2015 Forest River R-Pod trailer with the included mounting brackets and hardware. It will require drilling directly into a stud/support location to give you the weight support needed. I recommend using silicone in the locations where you install the brackets as outlined in the attached instructions. You can use either # 0160297 or a silicone gasket maker like # LT37467... view full answer...

I typically just reuse the same hardware as long as it isn't rusting out and the threads are still good when swapping out scissor jacks, like the # TJSC-24. Scissor jacks typically won't come with any hardware so if your current hardware is trashed then you will want to pick up some new self-tappers. Most scissor jacks will have a minimum of 2-bolts/screws per mounting bracket but if your frame allows you can use 4 per bracket. On I-beam frames the center of the beam typically blocks some... view full answer...
For a bearing kit that fits the 3,500 lb axle of your Forest River R-Pod 178 the correct part number is the part # BK2-100. This comes with bearings, races and a seal.
I also attached an install video for this for you to check out as well. view full answer...
For a white compartment door for your R-Pod 151 you could use the Multi-Purpose Access Door w/ Lock # 372E8102-A which would work great. This measures 7-5/8 inches by 6-1/2 inches. view full answer...
The Torflex Lift Kit # K71-724-02 is designed to be used with #11 Dexter Torsion axles. To verify this is what you have under your 2020 Forest River R-Pod RP195 you can verify with the label on the axle tube or measure the bolt pattern for the axles. The bolts for the axle connection to the frame will be spaced 9" on center. This will give you a 2-7/8" lift for your R-Pod. If you have a different axle or measurement please let me know so I can confirm the correct kit for you. view full answer...
Easiest way to lock a generator to the Stromberg Bunk carrier part # CC-255 would be to run a cable lock like the part # 8218DPS around the base of the bunk and then through the handles of the generator. view full answer...
As long as you have the generator secured on the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier, part # CC-255, you can run the generator while it is mounted on the carrier. If the generator needs to be grounded with a grounding rod it's probably best to remove it from the tray though.
I recommend using s-hook ratchet straps like part # SM54FR. These are 1-inch straps that are 10-ft long, and it has a capacity of 500-lbs.
The tray of the # CC-255 has holes that you could install eye-bolts... view full answer...
If you check out the picture I attached you can see that when the Stromberg Carlson Bunk Adapter part # CC-255 is installed you still have really great access to the propane tanks of the RV. view full answer...
Hey Tony, thanks for writing in, and that's a really smart question. The answer is yes, the fresh water tank should be full when adjusting the 16,000 lb Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ90-00-1600.
What you want to do is have the trailer loaded up just like it would be when travelling to ensure you get the proper adjustment and full benefits of the hitch.
As an aside, if you don't already have a hitch ball for the # EQ90-00-1600, the right one is the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball for... view full answer...
As long as your trailer does not exceed 800 pounds, I recommend the 800-pound bars over the 1,000 pound bars. This is because you are right on the money when you conclude that the 1,000 pound trunnions with your trailer will be a stiff ride.
Since you say that you have an Fast Way e2 spring bar system, the upgraded bars you need are the Replacement Trunnion Spring Bars for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems # FA92-01-0899. These bars are designed to fit your current Fastway e2 weight... view full answer...
The LaSalle Bristol Utopia RV Bathroom Faucet # 34420377RW21 that you referenced has knobs that open and close in the standard direction that you are wanting. Counter clockwise opens the faucet and clockwise closes them. Both of them operate in the same direction.
Typically faucets with round handles like this have the same direction for opening and closing whereas the style that uses handles are supposed to be reverse from each other. view full answer...
The Axle Riser Kit # LC382741 is the correct kit for your Lippert 201331 axle under your 2010 Forest River R-Pod 175. This will raise your trailer 3-1/2" so be sure to check your coupler and hitch height as you may need to adjust or change out your ball mount. view full answer...
You could use bigger tires, but larger tires and wheels would mean less clearance to the trailer frame and fenders. For that reason I think axle risers are the better option.
The Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle - 2-5/8" Lift # K71-707-01 would add 2 5/8" lift to your 2011 Forest River R-Pod Travel Trailer. You will need to check the sticker on the axle to ensure it is a Dexter Torsion axle. view full answer...
The Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Standard RV Bumper Support Brackets, # MO22FR is used to reinforce 4" to 4-1/2" RV bumpers so as to carry generators and other heavy cargo. If your R-Pod has this dimension bumper, these will fit. For your inverter generator, I recommend the Mount-n-Lock GennyGo Generator Carrier, # MNT54FR for up to 200 lbs. or the # MNT44FR for heavier generator up to 400 lbs. Please note that bumper weight capacities vary by manufacturer so you should verify the weight... view full answer...
Based off of my research, it looks like your 2022 Forest River R-Pod 196 came equipped with a manual 2 step setup.
To find the correct replacement, you'd need to just measure the mounting bracket width and pick out a set that you like the most.
For instance, the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432682 has a mounting bracket measurement of 25-1/2" wide x 9-3/4" tall x 12" deep, so if yours matches then this would work as a replacement.
If you let me know what you have, I'd be... view full answer...
A weight distribution system would be a great solution for your 2017 Forest River R-Pod 171 like with the Fastway e2 part # FA94-00-0600 which has sway control built into it and also has the correct tongue weight range. view full answer...
I am going to recommend the 600 Trunnion Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-0600 over the 450 Trunnion # FA92-00-0450 and 600 Round Bar # FA94-00-0600 for your 2015 Forest River RPOD 179.
The 600 Trunnion Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-0600 is rated for tongue weights of 250lbs to 600lbs and a maximum trailer weight of 6,000lbs. With this hitch if you decide that you want a little bigger trailer you will be able to use your same hitch.

Yes the Lippert Components Axle Riser Kit for Single Diamond Torsion Axle part # LC270682 has been confirmed to work on several R-Pod campers. The one thing to ensure is that the axle is the Diamond type. Meaning the torsion axle looks like a diamond under the camper rather than a flat square.
See the attached photo for an example of what the Diamond axle looks like. view full answer...
